If you’re tired of flat, traditional paintings, this workshop is all about building rich, three-dimensional texture that looks like it belongs in a high-end interior design boutique.

We are completely bypassing the pressure of rigid sketching. Instead, you'll use modeling paste and palette knives to literally carve out heavy, crisp white petals over a softly muted, atmospheric backdrop. It’s an incredibly forgiving, intuitive process.

The Workshop Flow

During this hands-on session, we will master creating a soft, misty background wash (with some fun dripping!), understanding how to load and angle a palette knife, and layering heavy-body mediums to build architectural floral structures. We will finish the magnolia flowers with a touch of copper metallic acrylics which will subtly shine when it catches the light.
