Fractured Abstract & Gold Accents

Where mistakes are happy accidents, and every piece is unique: sculpt your own modern textured high-contrast masterpiece. Abstract paintings are for ‘artsy’ niche creators? We say: abstract is anything you want.

This is a great way to unwind from the hustle and stress of the work week. This 2.5-hour session will softly guide you on how to create a sophisticated look using a palette knife and acrylics on canvas. Thanks to the forgiving nature of the palette knife and fast-drying gold paint, you will easily walk out with a completed painting in just 2.5 hours. Perfect for beginners!

The Workshop Flow

We will focus on using a limited palette knife technique (along with some custom texture mix-ins) to build rich, bold surfaces without the pressure of “drawing correctly.” Second, we will add loose floral golden liquid accents for a pop of color and to bring an elegant softness to the rugged background.

Here, there are no mistakes—only unique textures. If you are feeling adventurous, we can even pick a slightly different color scheme to perfectly match your space!
